Prepare Before Submitting

Include the following whenever possible:

  • account identifier (masked phone or user ID);
  • device model and OS version;
  • app version;
  • issue time, page path, and reproduction steps;
  • screenshots or screen recordings.
  1. in-app feedback entry (preferred);
  2. official customer support channels;
  3. official community/announcement channels if available.

Reminder

Do not share verification codes, ID numbers, or bank details in public channels.
