Include the following whenever possible:
- account identifier (masked phone or user ID);
- device model and OS version;
- app version;
- issue time, page path, and reproduction steps;
- screenshots or screen recordings.
Recommended Channels
- in-app feedback entry (preferred);
- official customer support channels;
- official community/announcement channels if available.
Reminder
Do not share verification codes, ID numbers, or bank details in public channels.
